Mold Flow Analysis Design for Manufacture is a helpful tool that we can provide to our customers to help minimise tooling costs and to help expedite the manufacturing process.We will provide you with a detailed report that contains important information about your part design and highlights any potential problem areas.In addressing design issues early on, the DFM helps to eliminate costly re-tooling or delays in the manufacturing process caused by a problematic part design.

Every process will be controlled under the strict standard, to achieve the project meeting high quality, on time, on budget. Strong project management is our key to the success and quality of our products, All of our Project Engineers not only have significant experience in tooling and injection molding but are also fluent in English. The Project Engineers are responsible for the follow up of the tooling process, and for the timely reporting of the project's progress to the customer.

Drawing design and audit
Check whether the drawings are shrinking, whether it is correct, the size is wrong, the structure is reasonable, the drawings are complete and complete, to communicate with the customer to confirm.
Preparation of raw materials
Purchase of mold, core, copper, hardware and other materials to high quality suppliers.
Mold core processing
First, the mold core flash, then rough milling, milling machine processing, fitter processing, CNC rough machining, heat treatment, fine grinding, CNC finishing, EDM, die casting.
Electrode processing
The mold core is installed on the spark machine or the CNC machine to adjust the position to fix the core material for processing.
QC testing
Testing all processed main board core hardware fittings and so on is qualified and accurate, is suitable for assembly.
Mold frame processing
Numbering, A/B plate processing, panel processing, top needle fixed plate processing, floor processing.
Flying mold assembly
The whole set of moulds will be assembled and fixed.
Try mold
Assemble mold on injection molding machine, try on mold, machine, adjust machine, pressurize injection molding product, see if the product is qualified customer's request until confirm with customer.

MOLD TEST REPORT
Detailed mold test report assure easy and fast setting in mass production at client site.
TOLERANCE DETECTION
Compared with metal material, plastic is significantly larger deviations in respect to dimension, form in molded parts. Based on particular properties of the plastics, the functional accuracy requirements are much lower in order to economically manufacture parts with sufficient dimensional accuracy.
Parts design and mold layout, the processing has a significant effect on the dimensional stability of the molded parts. The processing machines are complex thermodynamic-rheological compound systems, which are still processed and optimized despite highly developed manufacturing technology.
