1.Q: How to process if we cannot find the model we need in your catalog!

A:Approximately 70% of our order are customized order with special requirement.

Pls kindly tell us your detailed requriements and send us your design file. 


2.Q: What do I need for offering a quote ?

A: Please offer us 2D or 3D drawings (with material, dimension, tolerance, surface treatment and other technical requirement etc.) ,quantity, application or samples. Then we will quote the best price within 24h.


3.Q: What is your MOQ?
A: MOQ depends on our client's needs, besides,we welcome trial order before mass-production.

4.Q: What is the production cycle?
A: It varies a lot depending on product dimension,technical requirements and quantity. We always try to meet customers' requirement by adjusting our workshop schedule.

5.Q: What kind of payment terms do you accept?
A.: T/T, Paypal, western union etc.

6.Q: Is it possible to know how is myproduct going on without visiting your company?
A: We will offer a detailed products schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining progress.

7. Q: Can i get a free sample to test your quality?
A: Generally speaking, Galaxy3DM may provide free sample to our new customers to check and ensure the quality meet our new partners requirement.
The quantity is 1pcs, it will be delivered by Carrier, delivery cost collected.
If the unit production cost is too high, its cost  wil be charged or negotiable. 

8.Q: If you make poor quality goods,will you refund our fund?
A: Quality is the lifeline of our factory! Our factory has surveyed the machining market for years.  We even found nearly 80% machining factories donot declare their quality control terms.
In Galaxy3DM factory, all machining mold component will be inspected via  IQC - PQC - FQC to make sure that  our partners will receive 100% qualified products.
We make products according to drawings or samples strictly until them reach your 100% satisfaction.
